Stepping into an unfamiliar church for the first time can be a little intimidating and maybe even a bit overwhelming. When you visit Calvary Baptist Church, you can expect to feel welcomed and accepted. Like most people, you probably have some questions about what your experience at Calvary Baptist Church will be like so we have tried to answer some of them for you.
Every service at Calvary Baptist Church is specifically designed to provide you with an encouraging worship experience. Each service includes a time of worshiping the Lord through exciting, biblical songs, and a practical Bible message from the pastor. Each service is approximately one hour in length.
Calvary Baptist Church does not have its own parking lot. As most that live in Frackville do, our members park on the sides of the streets surrounding the church. We have limited handicap parking in the rear of the church for those who are eligible. A map to help you find parking can be found here.
Here at Calvary Baptist Church, we love families! During the morning service, Sunday School classes are provided for children age 3 to 3rd grade. These classes are staffed with friendly and qualified teachers who will make church exciting and memorable for your child. A mother-supervised nursery is available for children 2 years old and under.
There is not a dress code at Calvary Baptist Church for members or guests. Our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in traditional “Sunday” dress; however, we want you to feel welcome and comfortable during your visit however you choose to dress!
